A digital guest guide for short-term rental hosts
One guide. A private link for every booking. It expires when guests leave.
Write your property guide once — check-in, door code, WiFi, house rules, the good coffee nearby. Every guest gets their own link. No app, no account, nothing left behind after check-out.

Hi, sorry for the hour — our flight was delayed and we have only just got in.01:47 AM- Could you send the WiFi password? Nothing is loading.01:48 AM

No trouble. It's on the little card on the fridge door.01:59 AMMariaGuest
I can't find a card. There's a sticker on the router but that password doesn't work.02:04 AM- Sorry to keep you up.02:05 AM

We changed it in the spring and the card never got replaced. Give me a minute and I'll find it.02:12 AM
Every answer in that thread already existed. None of it was in the one place the guest was looking.
How it works
Three steps, then it runs itself
- 1
Write your guide
Check-in steps, door code, WiFi, rules, appliances, places nearby. Sections, not a document — edit once and every guest sees the change.
- 2
Share one link per booking
Each stay gets its own private address. Send it with the booking confirmation, or let the guest scan a QR code.
3 Oct5 Oct - 3
It expires on its own
After check-out the link stops working. No door code sitting in a chat history, nothing for you to remember to revoke.
Expired
The guest's side
No app. No account. A page.
The link opens a page made for a phone — their name, their dates, and everything they need in the order they need it. It reads like a short menu, not a wall of instructions.
- Opens in the browser. Nothing to install, no password to invent.
- Sections start closed, so the page reads in ten seconds.
- The door code appears only when it should — until then it is simply not there.
- Once opened, the guide keeps working without signal.
The parts that matter
Six things the card on the fridge cannot do
A private link per booking
Not one link for the whole flat — one per stay, with the guest's name and dates on it. It stops working after check-out.
Door codes on a timer
The code joins the page when you say so — the day before, or at check-in. Until then it is not in the page at all.
Guest registration
Guests fill in their arrival-record details from the same link, before they arrive. You export a CSV.
Arrival times
Guests tell you what time they are arriving, in your property's own time zone.
Cleaner guide
A separate permanent link for your cleaner — the checklist, the door code, photo reports when the job is done.
Fix it once, for everyone
Change the WiFi password on Tuesday and every guest sees the new one on Tuesday — including the ones already in the flat.
The obvious question
Why not just use Airbnb's guidebook?
Fair question — it is free and already on your listing. It shows local recommendations pulled from Google Maps, and that is all it does.
| Airbnb guidebook | GetAll Guide | |
|---|---|---|
| House rules | Not included | A section guests actually open |
| WiFi details | Not included | Network, password and a connect QR |
| Appliance instructions | Not included | Step by step, with photos |
| Check-out steps | Not included | A tickable list, highlighted on the day |
| Door codes | Not included | Revealed on a timer, per booking |
| Your look | Title and cover image | Logo, colour and your own sections |
If a map of nearby restaurants is all your guests need, keep it. The moment they need the WiFi or the door code, they need a guide. See the full comparison
The rest
Everything else, in its place
Everything below is grouped by when your guest needs it. You write it once, and the right part shows up at the right moment.
During the stay
- WiFiNetwork, password and a QR code that connects the phone directly.
- House rulesShort enough that guests actually read them.
- Local recommendationsYour places, with walking times — not a map of everything.
- A QR card in the flatA printed code on the fridge that always works, showing only what you chose.
- Works offlineOnce opened, the guide keeps working without signal.
- The guest's languageWrite the guide once; guests read it in theirs.
- RoomsLet room by room, with a guide that knows which door is theirs.
After check-out
