Built by hosts, for hosts

GetAll Guide exists to save hosts from becoming a 24/7 FAQ department.

A cobbled street in the old town of Brașov at dusk, lamps lit, with a guesthouse sign and a chalkboard menu outside a doorway
Brașov, where this is built.

GetAll Guide is a small, independent product built in Romania. It began the way most host tools should: with a real flat, real guests, and the slow realisation that the binder on the counter had been wrong for a year and the door code was living in a dozen WhatsApp threads.

The name is the promise: get all you need in a single guide. Not a binder, a PDF and three messages sent across four days — one link that holds the lot, and one place to correct when something changes.

The idea is deliberately narrow. One guide per property. A private link per booking. The link dies after check-out. Everything in the product serves that sentence, and everything that does not serve it stays out.

What we believe

Guests should not need an account. They booked a place to stay, not a relationship with our database. The link is the key — no app, no password, no profile.

A door code is a secret, and secrets have timing. Until the moment you chose, the code is not hidden in the page — it was never sent to the phone at all. You can check this yourself with view-source, and we think you should be able to.

Guest identity details are handled like the law expects. They are read on our servers only, encrypted at rest, never sent to third parties for translation, analytics or anything else, and removed when no longer needed.

Where it is going

The product is young and moves quickly. What we build next comes from hosts who write in — usually about the small, repeated frictions of a turnover week, which is exactly the level where this product lives.

If that sounds like your kind of tool, pricing is simple and the first property is free. If you want to talk to a person first, write to us — a person answers.

One guide. A private link for every booking.

It expires when guests leave. Writing the first one takes an evening, the first property is free, and there is no card to enter.
