Who this is for

For Airbnb hosts

You already answer guests in the Airbnb inbox all day. This puts the answers in one place you send once — and it covers everything Airbnb's own guidebook leaves out.

The parts Airbnb hosts use most

Where it fits in your Airbnb routine

Nothing about your listing changes. Guests book on Airbnb, pay on Airbnb, message you on Airbnb. What changes is the message you send after booking: instead of a wall of text you paste every time — or worse, five separate answers over five days — you send one link.

That link is not your listing’s guidebook. It is that booking’s own page: the guest’s name, their dates, and every section of your guide, assembled for their stay. The door code section stays closed until the reveal time you chose. After check-out, the whole thing expires on its own.

What about Airbnb’s built-in guidebook?

Keep it — it is free and it does no harm. But it holds local recommendations only, pulled from Google Maps. It cannot carry your house rules, your WiFi password, the boiler’s moods or the check-out list, and guests cannot tell you when they are arriving through it. Those are exactly the questions that fill your inbox, and exactly what a GetAll Guide link answers.

The honest limits

GetAll Guide reads your Airbnb calendar; it does not write to it, does not send messages for you, and is not connected to Airbnb’s API — the link goes out in your own message, which also means it works identically for direct bookings and any other channel. If a booking changes, the stay’s dates are one edit in the app.

Start with the property you already host: the guide takes an evening to write, the first property is free, and the next same-five-questions message you get can be answered with a link.

One guide. A private link for every booking.

It expires when guests leave. Writing the first one takes an evening, the first property is free, and there is no card to enter.
