GetAll Guide vs RueBaRue
RueBaRue's guidebooks come with scheduled messaging and a team inbox. We deliberately send nothing. Which of those you want is most of the decision.

The real difference is messaging
RueBaRue is a guidebook product with scheduled SMS and email around it. You set up a sequence — a message before arrival, one during the stay, one asking for a review — and it sends.
We do not send anything. No SMS, no email, no WhatsApp, no automation. You send the link yourself, in whatever conversation you are already having.
That is a deliberate decision rather than a feature we have not got round to.
Why we do not send messages
Three reasons, and you are entitled to disagree with all of them.
Your guests are already talking to you somewhere. If they booked on Airbnb, the thread is on Airbnb, and that is where they will reply. A second channel that sends on your behalf tends to produce messages guests answer in the wrong place.
Automated hospitality reads as automated. A scheduled message that arrives at the wrong moment — after a delayed flight, after a complaint — costs more goodwill than a well-timed one earns.
Sending on your behalf means holding your guests’ phone numbers and email addresses. That is a meaningful amount of personal data to take on for a convenience, and we would rather not hold it.
If those arguments do not land for you, that is a completely reasonable position, and RueBaRue does the thing we are declining to do.
Free forever against a trial
RueBaRue’s published model is a 14-day trial, then from about $9.99 a month for one property — roughly $120 a year.
Ours is free for one property with no card and no clock, and €50 a year if you want Pro. Three properties come to €110 a year.
The difference matters most for the host who is not sure yet. A trial makes you decide in a fortnight, in the middle of a season, probably while you are busy. A free tier lets you run one property on it for a year and only pay if and when you take on a second.
What we do instead of messaging
The effort went into the link and what the guest finds behind it.
A link per booking, showing that guest’s name and dates, that stops working after check-out.
A door code on a timer — genuinely absent from the page until the moment you chose, not hidden with styling.
Guest registration, on Pro, with a form that adapts to the guest’s document.
Arrival times, which is the closest we come to messaging: instead of you sending a message asking, the guest answers the question inside the guide.
A cleaner link with its own task list and photo reports.
Where that leaves you
If your problem is “I want to stop writing the same messages”, RueBaRue automates the messages and we do not.
If your problem is “I want to stop answering the same questions”, the answer is a guide the guest can search themselves, and a link that carries the door code at the right moment.
Prices on both sides were taken from published pages at the time of writing and can change. Check the current ones before deciding on numbers alone.
Choose GetAll Guide if
You already talk to your guests where they booked — the Airbnb thread, your own WhatsApp — and adding another channel that sends on your behalf is not a feature you want. You would rather have one property free forever than a 14-day trial, and you want the link itself to be the clever part: a private address per booking that expires after check-out, with a door code that appears on your schedule.
Create your guideChoose RueBaRue if
You want guest messaging scheduled and sent for you — the pre-arrival reminder, the mid-stay check-in, the review request — and you would rather it came from the same tool as the guidebook. Or you have a team answering guests and need a shared inbox so two people do not reply to the same message. We offer neither, and if messaging is the job you are hiring for, they are the better buy.
- Scheduled SMS and email to guests, which we do not offer in any form.
- A shared team inbox, so several people can answer guests without stepping on each other.
- An established guidebook product with years behind it and a real support organisation.
- Messaging and guidebook in one bill, rather than two tools to reconcile.
